Delayed Periods, Kindly Advice
I was diagnosed to have endometriosis in my right ovary and subsequently got the ovary removed in August 08. After the surgery got my periods the next month when it was due. I didnt get my periods in October. I am single; hence no chance of pregnancy. What could be the reason for this condition? Before the surgery, my periods were regular. Kindly advice.

get your FSH test done.it will tell about ovarian status of the present ovary.there is a whole battery of tests to rule out other causes of delayed or decreased periods.meet the gynaecologist
