Delayed Period, Stomach Pain And Nausea. Pregnancy Test Negative. Frequent Urination. What Else Could Be The Reason?

Okay umm in April I had a late period and it only last from the 29 to the 2 like a day and a half and shortly after I began having stomach pains little nausea I've been moody and recently an ER doctor told me I had gastritis they gave me a pregnancy test and it came back negative but I've been urinating frequently and have no sign of an UTI and still feeling sick what can this be ?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The negative pregnancy test with delayed periods and frequent urination could be related to urinary infection or a stress and anxiety. You can confirm this by getting a blood and urine test done.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Rakhi-Tayal
