Delayed period, spotting brown, bloating, lower back pain. Negative pregnancy test. Could I be pregnant?

Hi, I am 11 days late for my period. Had a day of spotting with brown, thick mucous but no period. Feel extremely bloated all of the time!! Little tired with slight tingles in lower back and cravings for sweets but nothing major and no other pregnancy symptoms . Was negative with 2 home test. Could I still be pregnant?

If you get your cycles regularly and if this is the first time you have noticed such a disturbance, you should get investigated for chances of pregnancy. HPTs do not give positive results when the hormone levels are low as they are not sensitive. You can go for a blood test and a sonogram. Please consult your gynecologist for further advice. Take care.
