Dark Spots On Both Side Of Face Near Eyes, More Visible In Hot Temperature. Treatment And Suggestions?

I have dark spots on both side of my face near the eyes. The weird thing is that when the temperature is low, it is barely visible. But when I m in a place where it is hot, humid or i m sweating, the dark spot becomes black and it looks as if am bruised. Also in the dark spot, there are black dots which looks like black heads, and I can feel the spots when I touch it. Can you tell me what it is and how to take care of it?

Hi thanks for writing here.It seems you have developed sun related damage to your skin.It is always common for periorbital skin to devolp hyperpigmentation, comedones, bruising after sun exposure.Start applying a sunscreen .You can wear sun glasses which will prevent sun damage. For comedones you can consult a dermatologist who can remove it by cautery. You can just apply a mild steroid like desowen over pigmented area.Take care.
