Dark Colored Blood Coming Out While Blowing Nose Is Due To Forehead Injury?

3 days ago I fell and hit my head requiring 13 stitches in my forehead. The ER said I may have a minor concussion. Ever since, a few times a day, I've been noticing a dark colored blood coming out when blowing my nose. Should I be concerned? Is this related to my head injury?

Dear I am sorry for your health problem!I think that your symptoms aren't related with your injury.Anyway you should be carefull and a CT scan should be done.You don't have to be worried because brain damage from contusion has a lot of signs.Try not to blow often your nose do small vessels can coagulate.Wish you all the best
