Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Dr Deepa,

The circles are unlikely to remain permanent. I also do face the same problem when i have got to stay awake the night when i operate. I have myself found a remedy to it and it really works. While i take a power nap after surgery, i apply vitamin E ointment and place a slice of cucumber over the eyes alternating with tomato slices.
One more important thing is follow rule of twenty while you use computer

1. Take Break every 20 minutes
2. Watch a distant object more than 20 feet away for atleast 2 minutes.
3. Gently massage eye for 2 minutes

Also Use Sunscreen lotion during day, especially if you are working in front of computer. Remove the residual suncreen at night by using cleansing milk followed by face wash.

Avoid use of soap over eyes.

Kindly get back to me if you have any other query

Regards
Take Care
