As per medical literature you need not worry about the brownish discharge as it is due to the body trying to get rid of the extra blood in the cervix which was originally there to protect the developing embryo and is later not needed.Other causes are a vaginal sonogram, intercourse and genital HPV infection.Rarely it can be caused by ectopic pregnancy and miscarriages(you need not worry about this possibility as your pregnancy test is still positive)
