Dark Brown Bump Next To Knee, Looks Like Water, Blood Is Filled In It, Growing Bigger. Causes And Treatment?

Hi my daughter has a dark brown bump on the outside of her skin next to her knee for couple years now. Sometimes it looks like water or blood is inside of it because it is not hard. I asked her pediatrician several times and she said to watch it. Now it is getting bigger. Can you please give me an idea what it may be.

hi, the bump if growing bigger, then needs a biopsy to rule out pathological condition.
