Damaged Ligaments Holding Sacroiliac Joint. Tried Several Palliative Remedies. Beginning Osteopathy. Suggestions?

I have reason to think that I damaged the ligament(s) holding my sacroiliac joint on one side 4/5 years ago when digging my garden. I have tried several palliative, perhaps partly remedial, treatments by the UK National Health Service. Now beginning a course of osteopathy by UKNHS. I would appreciate your comments.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The damaged sacroiliac ligaments with a failed palliative therapy needs to be considered for a surgical repair of the ligaments. You need to get an MRI scan done for proper evaluation.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
