Daily headaches, staying asleep, lower back and neck pain. Can all this be due to one thing?

My wife has daily headaches , she has a problem staying asleep, and sometimes complains about lower back and neck pain . Can all this be due to one thing? Doctors have tried giving her migraine medicine, but it only dulls the headaches and doesn t eliminate them. She is also seeing a chiropractor and her back looks a lot better on x-ray , but it isn t helping the other areas. What else is there to try?

daily headaches and lack of sleep indicates chronic headache if it is there for 15 days to 1 month continuously for at least 3 months.Prophylaxis is one type of treatment to decrease its frequency and get some free interval.this chronic type of headache may be due to migraine or tension type or new daily persistent headache. So treatment is required accordingly.Thank you.
