Cysts On Labia During Periods, Red Color Pus. Prescribed Hot Baths, Aspirin. Treatment?

I have a cyst that formed on my labia - I tend to get them every cycle. However, this time this one is oozing a sort of raspberry yogurt like pus that doesn t have much smell to it. The last time I saw a physician about this, all they did was prescribe hot baths, and aspirin . Is this something I should be concerned about?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this may not be cyst as you described here but this could be a infective boil on your genital area, in my opinion proper hygienic care could be enough to heal this lesion, try "Povidone Ointment" take care and have a nice day.
