Cysts In The Ovary. Severe Pain During Periods, Frequent Urination. Treatment?

Hi I am 26 old and got married 2 months back.. my period is last month 10th and i have regular period. Last sunday i got severe abdomainal pain and got frequent urinating. today i scanned and got results like left ovary measures 65X33mm and two cysts with internal echoes measures 31X30 mm and 27X24 mm and possibility of hemorrhagic cyst. Is there is any problem ? or it is normal?

Thanks for writing to us.
In opinion you should consult a gynaecologist and go for surgery if haemorrhaging cyst is there.
You can take pain killer for your pain.
