Dear honey Sood, welcome to healthcaremagic,
Whatever you describe it matches with the condition 'lipoma' and not cyst. Yet, exact diagnosis is required. If it is lipoma, need not worry. It occues at multiple sites. Usually if there is any change in size, texture, shape, colour, temperature etc. is found changed, it should be treated accordingly. Otherwise no treatment is recommended.
