I m unmarried. I ve 2 cysts in my scrotum , placed above the each of the testicles. Right side cyst is bigger than left side. These are not attached with testicles . These cysts are not causing any pain. I found these cysts before an year. After these cysts my penis has curved to left both during erection and normal state. It also affect my erection. When I ve tested my urine last week, it has 6 pus cells. What it could be and how to treat. Please suggest.

Hi,

Welcome to the forum. Your symptoms are suggestive of epididymal cysts. These are basically benign cysts. If they are small in size and do not cause any pain or symptoms it is not removed. But since your urine test report shows pus cells. You should get clinically examined by a general physician who may refer you to a surgeon depending upon the diagnosis and the severity of your investigation reports.

When the cysts get filled with fluid and get infected they should be removed as infection may spread and worsen the situation. The procedure of cyst removal is simple. You need antibiotics, analgesics and blood tests/urine tests ( routine and culture sensitivity, VDRL, Australia antigen )

Get treated well, have a nice day, take care.
