**
1. fibroma or lipoma: condition is benign i.e.non- cancerous and requires surgical excision for cosmetic reasons only.
2. Biopsy is required to have histopathological diagnosis.
3. newer techniques allow surgeon to use "surgeon sutures" which leaves no marks on face after surgery, as sutures are internal stitches and external stitches are not used.

PS:Risks include nerve injury, infection, bleeding, and stiffness, consult with these possibilities with your Doctor.
