Cyst Under Eyelid. Operation Done For Removal, Plaster Applied To Eye. Avoid Computer Usage?

Hi, I just have a minor operation to remove the cyst under my top and bottom eye lid. It was done my incision and not I have a pad plastered to the affected eye which will be removed tomorrow morning. Just to check, should I avoid using the computer during this period? Will my other eye be affected by staring into screens for too long? Thanks

Hi you may relax for a day or so. As such there is no contraindications to the use of other eye. Prolonged looking at screen can cause symptoms of computer vision syndrome tiredness, eye ache, dryness. Follow the 20 20 rule take a break for 20 sec after 20 min and look 20 feet away.
Take care
