General Surgeon 's  Response

Welcome to healthcaremagic .
Please get immediate check up with surgeon and get your infected lump properly treated .You need clinical examination and tests and some sort of surgery for the present condition .It is most likely an abscess and need proper drainage. Get a culture /sensitivity from the discharge for proper antibiotics to start with
Hope you be all right soon with proper treatment .
