Cyst on testicle, ruptured, slight pressure when touched, dizziness, nausea. Serious?

I have a medium sized cyst on my left testicle that i had checked out to be harmless but I m not sure whether its a epididymitis , a cyst or a spermatocele . More importantly it feels like it has RUPTURED, it kinda sounds like a popping joint and i feel a slight pressure release when i touch it also followed by dizziness and nausea, not sure if im just shocked by the feeling being so close to my balls or if its serious and i need to seek medical help.

hi sir,
Epididymus, cyst or spermatocoele may all be harmless until its not ruptured. So its always better to get it checked may be with an added scrotal scan also by a urologist.
All the best
