dear nina,
i understand why u are so stress about your pregnancy result. well nina, pregnancy test cant be positive due too ovary cyst. because what made pregnancy test positive is HCG (Hormone Choriogonadotropin) level that increase because u have fetus.

about your problems please wait a few days and check again with your pregnancy test. read the pregnancy test manual and choose good pregnancy test device.mostly human error is the causes of positive and negative false. for more accurate pregnancy diagnose, do blood test to check blood HCG leve. if your periode absent more than 7 weeks do USG test to see the appearance of your fetus.
hopefully my answer will help u.
