Cuts On Penis, Painful Intercourse, Severe Pain When Foreskin Is Pulled Back. Recommend

From last 2week this is happening....
Whenever i am having sex with my gf in this week. I notised that there are cuts on my dick and because of this I am unable do sex. And even when i pull back my foreskin it hurts and heals so much..
plz help me i am affarid of this. why this is happning to me??? And how it can be cure out????

The pain could possibly related to inflammation of glans and prepuce which could be due to forceful intercourse or associated fungal infection. Would recommend you to see your surgeon for further assessment. In the mean time properly cleaning the glans after retracing prepuce with warm water and local application of Steroid and antifungal ointment will help.
