Cut The Inside Of Thumb On Glass. Cut Healed But Thumb Still Hurts. Messed Up The Functional Abilities Of The Thumb?

About 2 weeks ago i cut the inside of my thumb on a piece of glass. It took a while to stop bleeding because the cut was deep. I bandaged it up and did not get stitches, the cut healed and scar tissue started developing i went to the doctors to get an x ray done to make sure no foreign objects were in me and there were none and the doctor said i should be fine. I assumed the pain from using my thumb would stop soon after but it has still been hurting. this occures most when im writing with a pen. Is it possibe the cut when deep enough to mess up the functional abilities of my thumb?

and get yourself a TT injection
