Ct Scan Of Abdomen Done. Is The Report Normal?

Hi, I have done CT scan abdomen with contrast ,as an investigation for steattorhea (fat in the stool) ,the CT has shown essentially normal CT scan of abdomen and pelvis except the followings:
1)No significant retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy detected
2)Few small subcentimetric lymph nodes were seen in the right iliac fossa.
recently within the last two weeks i felt some pain in my right sacroiliac joint in the right lower back.
i have no fever ,No abdominal pain or tenderness. No palpable masses.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You have absolutely normal findings. You shouldn't worry at all.
It is good that you have no significant retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.
Few small subcentimetric lymph nodes in the right iliac fossa may be due to colitis.
You should take full course of antibiotics.
Get well soon.

Take Care
