Cramps, Milky White Discharge Post Intercourse. Negative Pregnancy Test. Causes?

Had sex on June 7th. I got my period as expected in the months of june and july. I took a pregnancy test just in case, two weeks after I got my period and got a negative result. I am now having cramping and a milky white discharge . Can I be pregnant? I am just freaking out right now. I do not know if I am paranoid or should I really be worried?

it seems you might be having pelvic inflammatory disease and that discharge need to be sent for micro for culture/sensitivity- In the mean times I advice to take azthromyctin and metronidazole course for 5 days and then if you don't show any sign of improvement, consult a gyane specialist.
