Cracking Joints, Abdominal Pain, Constant Migraine Headaches, Involuntary Twitching. What Could The Symptoms Mean?

I am trying to figure out what is wrong with me, my symptoms are, cracking joints , im actualy not sure if its only joints because in the back are of the heart it seems to be also cracking, abdominal pains on the left side, aswell as the rightside, but the pains are diffrent,, migraine headache right side, constant, not to the point where it hurts, just a disconfort, some what of a depersonalization/derealization involuntary twitching may be something with the nervs,

I would suggest you to show it to a psychiatrist as it can be a neurosis. Are you a smoker. It can cause such sensation called parasthesia. I would also suggest you to get your serum B 12 estimation as lack of vitamin B12 causes tingling and numbness and burning in feet. I would also suggest you to get vitamin D estimation and serum calcium level. Till that time you finished with all those investigation i would recommend you to take Pregabalin M tablet.
