A successful pregnancy will not achieved by adequate sperm quantity but also morphologically active sperms with low DNA fraction level and good motility ratio. If there is varicocele that also affect on semen synthesis and quality. It is also required in female for a good ovulation, free fallopian tubes and a healthy uterine cavity. All those factors measures for a successful pregnancy. You again consult your doctor who can guide you properly
Thank you
