General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Zyprexa can be taken up to 60mg per day for resistant forms of schizo disorders, and it does not have any serious interactions with his other meds. The most common side effects from taking too much Zyprexa would be drowsiness, movement disorders, dizziness and fatigue, among others. If he is having any of these symptoms, I would let his doctor know to see if they think it might be from Zyprexa or something else. But otherwise, that is a reasonable dose for Zyprexa and I wouldn't worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Aaron Branch, General & Family Physician
