Could You Suggest Some Medicine For Cold And Cough For An Infant?

Hi my baby is 19 months old now a days he is suffering from cold and cough, i think from last 4 days from yesterday he having a cough to so pls prescribe me medicine for him , actually last time a doctor prescribe him a three medicine one of them is no cold syrup as m remembring as the prescription is left in my metrnal home and they just not know where is it

Hi,

I have gone through your query.
For cold and cough i prescribe my patients antibiotic like azithromycin and antihistamines like levocetrizine. As your baby is 19 months old, dose should be adjusted according to weight of baby.
Avoid self medication as he might have different cause for cough and cold.
Consult a local pediatrician for clinical examination and prescription.
