Could Weakened Left Hand After Accident, Trembling, Numb And Painful Hand Be Arthritis?

Hi I am a 31 year old healthy female. I have been having left hand weakness since a car accident 3 months ago . Tonight my hand is trembling , numb like sensation on top and hurts to grasp things from thumb to elbow . I had been out sledding with my boys when symptoms became noticeably odd and painful
. Who would I see for this problem and does is seem like carpel tunnel or arthritis ?
