Could Trimming By Rasor Cause A Red Lump In Clitoris?
(Virgin) I have a smallish red lump/spot at the top of the prepuce of clitoris like right at the top near the mons pubis and it Dosent hurt, just a but sore if touched but it s red, had it since this morning, so not that long but I m a bit worried as Im not sure what it is or what to do and I m 14 if that makes any difference. It may be nothing but I d rater be safe that sorry. I trimmed hairs 2 days ago so they were a bit sharp/prickly so maybe they could of scratched it or something or I could of caught it with the rasor but I don t this I did that. Hope you can help

I can understand your concern for the red lump in clitoris.
It appears form your query that you have developing ingrown hair with inflammation at the affected region. This area is quite common to get infected very easily because of sweating and high bacterial proliferation.
For time being period you can apply antibiotic cream such as fucidin or mupirocin and take pain killer tablets such diclofenac or paracetamol.
Do not try to even touch or pinch the area as can cause more aggravation of the problem and spread of the infection.
If it is increasing despite the treatment then meet a dermatologist or any family physician and get a proper treatment without delay for the oral antibiotic such as ciprofloxacin or cefadroxyl 500 mg two times a day for 5 days to prevent secondary infection.
