Could Tiny Bump On Buttcrack With Red Line Towards The Anus Be A Cyst?

I woke up the other day with a tiny bump on the top of my butt crack, with a red line rubbing down towards my anus, I m just wondering what it is. It doesn t hurt unless I apply pressure to the area. Is it a cyst? Or is there anything I can take to get rid of it?
