Could Tingling Sensation On Meatus With Slight Swelling, Thick And Gluey Semen With Painful Ejaculation Be STD?

Hi, I have developed a tingling sensation on the meatus. The meatus isalso slightly swolen on one side. Urination is normal and not uncomfortable. My last ejaculation was weird... the semen was very thick and gluey. And was painful during the ejaculation. Could this be an STD?

I can understand your concern for the tingling sensation on meatus with slight swelling and possibility of any Sexually Transmitted Diseases in the same.

You have not mentioned the type of your sexual intercourse- whether protected or unprotected.

In case if it was a protected intercourse then there is nothing to be worried about. But in case if it was unprotected then it would be better to consult a Sexually Transmitted Diseases specialist to rule out any infection.

For the thick and gluey ejaculation: it is quite common to find various types of viscosity of the semen and is not indicative of any infection. So don't worry about the same.
