Could Tightening Of Forehead Be Related To The Bump On Head?

I have hit my head from running into someone years ago, I had a large bump appear that subsided a bit but not fully, nothing happened but now four years later I keep feeling tension in my forehead (almost like a tightening) that is slight but noticeable, are they at all related and should I be concern? How do I treat this?

Hello and welcome to Healthcare magic community . Head and forehead are those parts of the body which have plenty of blood supply and occasionally when there is blunt trauma to these parts , bumps appears , sometimes with under skin bleeding which later undergoes scarring and healing but sometimes due to pile up of scar tissue under skin , part of the bump remains for years . Same is the case with you and there is tightening sensation due to that bump because the forehead skin is tightly stuck to underlying bone and there is hardly any room for the bumps . you should not be worried at all . however if this feeling is coupled with any unusual things like headaches , personality changes , visual problems etc . then you should see your GP to investigate it futther .hope I have answered your questions . Any follow up questions will be welcome .
