Could Throat Infections And Muscle Aches Be Due To HIV?

I am 21 female.i've had sex with 3-4 people.but did not hav anal sex.i mean did not allow sperm to touch my body. just had deep kisses.and they are not persons who go with girls like that.and i believ that they are not infected with HIV.now i'm feeling very guilty of which happened.now i strongly love a guy. and so i'm afraid whether i'm infected to HIV.i am having throat infections and muscles aches. consulted a doctor and had blood test.the report was normal.did not take test for HIV.i'm very tensed.Please help me asap

You mentioned that , didn't have anal sex , ONLY KISSING (deep ) but it is not clear ( not mentioned ) whether there was sexual ( vaginal ) intercourse or not .
Didn't mention about oral sex .
So this reply is based only for kissing:
Although HIV can be isolated typically in low titers from saliva of a small proportion of infected individuals , there is no convincing evidence that saliva can transmit HIV infection , either by KISSING or through other exposure in this way.
So through kissing HIV infection can't be transmitted.
So clearly mention about oral sex and vaginal sex.
Now throat infection and muscular pain .
Throat infection may be due to pharyngitis so take levofloxacin 750 mg once in day for 5 days .
Also take tylenol 500 mg once or twice in day for 5-7 days .
Still no relief consult a physician and get his opinion.
But I also recommend before marriage get in ELISA TEST for HIV infection confirmation.
