Could The Sudden Heart Attack Be Due To Brain Surgery?

My husband recently died from what the doctors are saying is a heart attack. He lost a pulse within 45 seconds after getting up from the table and saying he didn't feel well. He also was successfully recovering from a brain surgery for a menigioma just three weeks prior. Could the two incidents be related or one causing the other?

emotional) can precipitate heart attacks. They may be related incidents.
