Could The Stomach Bloating Even After Abortion Means I'm Pregnant?
Hi I had a surgical abortion two weeks ago I was 7 weeks pregnant I didn't bleed for the first two days then started bleeding a little also had bad cramps for 3 days I'm still spotting comes and goes my stomach is getting bigger could I be still pregnant?

Stomach bloating is not a definitive sign of pregnancy, and it could simply be due to a hormone surge which results during pregnancy. As your body has yet to realize that the pregnancy has been terminated, once it does that the hormone levels will start dropping. And once the hormone levels drop the gastric irritation will subside and completely dissappear.
