Hello
Sex 9 years back , few symptoms , is it HIV infection?
No , not at all , if your would have been got HIV infection at that time 9 years back , symptoms would have appeared much earlier .
You are having bumps on left leg, penile spot, low back pain, spots on arms and high blood pressure . All these symptoms ambiguous and we can establish any diagnosis with the help of these symptoms .
But I am sure that these symptoms are not due to HIV infection( these are fever, pharyngitis, lymphadenopathy, headache-retro-orbital pain, arhtralgias/myalgias, lethargy/malaise, anorexia/weight loss, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea. Erythematous maculopapular rashes, mucopurulent ulceration on tongue.
However , these symptoms , mentioned in your query may be due to dermatitis, ( eczematous) . Back pain may be due to either urine infection or due to prostatitis.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination as well clinical examination is important.
Good luck.
