Could The Painful Arm For 3 Weeks Be A Broken Arm Happened While Doing Yoga?

Hi, I went to hot yoga. One of the pauses involves reaching out with your arm (my right in this case) and grab the inside of your right foot while your leg is up. Since it was very difficult for me to reach, I tried everything, pushing my arm really hard. Doing so, I felt a lot of pain in my arm. Instantly. It felt numb and painful at the same time. It has been 3 weeks. My arm is still painful. All the time. Not a great pain, but constant. There are some movements that I absolutely cannot do, because they cause great pain. And some actions (when I forget) brings back almost the same pain as when I hurt it. So is it broken? Should I verify it in some ways? Consult? Thank you. Renaud Paradis

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern the history may be suggestive of muscular injury (ligament ) and not the broken one you can manage this with analgesic medicine wait for couple week if this does not get well then you will have to get it examine clinically hope this information helps you have nice day.
