Could The Pain In The Right Hand Is Due The Cleaning Work Or Problem With The Heart?

My father, aged 60, had a bypass surgery in 2005. He has been doing regular checkups every year since then. For the past 2 weeks, he says his right hand pains a lot. He has been doing a lot of cleaning work. Could it be because of that? or should I get him checked?
