Could The Pain In Hip Be Due To Chemotherapy?

Hello Dr. Siegei, I was diagnosed with small cell Non-Hodgkins lymphoma in the later part of December 2013 and last chemotherapy tx ended in June. Biopsy at the time the diagnosis was made revealed very minute amounts of the lymphoma was noted in my bone cells. The oncologist was not concerned. At the end of my treatment, Pet Scan did not show any indications of the lymphomas. Just this week ( September), my hip joints has been hurting for the last 3 days. I am an active recently turned 57 year old female with no other medical conditions other than controlled HPN and cholesterol. Could this pain be related to the chemotherapy position. I have an appointment with my oncologist tomorrow. Thank you
