Could The Oral Sex Done At A Young Age To The Other Male Unknowingly Be HIV Infected?

Hi Doctor, I'm 22 now (male), I was sexually abused by the class teacher(male) who was 25+ by then and I was just 11 years old...out of my innocence I just did what all he asked me to do...I almost was asked to give him oral sex and anal...but when I grew up and remember o
f all that happened to me...I became anxious about contacting with an HIV....because when I was 18 I started having a sore throat and occasionally I had night sweats but night sweats vanished after an year but I have persistent sore throat which never goes away with antibiotics.( but I never used them for complete course assuming that it was a viral cause(HIV) and that is why it is not going away...and since the same age 18 I started loosing plenty of healthy hair with a white bulb kind of thing at the tip...and now it has worsened...but finally when I'm 21 I got enough mental Strength to have an HIV test..I had three tests through Hiv tridot method ..which came out negative...and all the other vdrl and hep tests also came out negative....but found out my aso levels were pretty high(486) for the first time and kept on increasing...aftertime..and doctors have suspected me for an rheumatic fever but the cardiology report was fine...but I still have sore throat everyday and increasing hair loss which is kind of destroying me off...so sir I tried to explain
U the best way possible...so sir please let me know is HIV the root cause for all this..? Or the three rapid tests that I have done after almost 10 years of my possible encounter can be conclusive enough to say that I'm HIV negative...? So please have a comment on this Doctor...!

Hi, I went through your query. Three negative tests make it almost certain that you do not have HIV. Your sore throat is due to a bacterial infection as indicated by your reports. The infection will not go without the full course of antibiotics. In fact there can be severe complications if it is not cured completely.
The test for HIV is very good at detecting the disease. On my behalf I would advise you not to be worried about HIV. But if you still are not assured you can do a Western Blot for HIV. However there is no need.
