Could The Itchy Bumps On The Genitals Be Herpes?

hi I've been having these bumps on my genital area since around 7th grade they don't burn they itch once in a while or not at all. One day after I tried to shave the next day a whole lot of small pumps appeared, every time fabric rubbed against them they would itch so bad. I have these speckled size bumps on my outer limps of my vagina and they don't itch at all. I've been paranoid for the longest and I'm scared to tell my guardian. Does these symptoms sound like herpes?

I am so sorry to hear about these bumps and the disturbing thoughts this has caused you. From all the information you have provided, the chances of this not being an herpes infection are very high. The age of onset, the evolution, description and the nature of these bumps do not sound like herpes. I will suggest that you get the courage to inform your doctor or guardian about this for evaluation. It may sound scary but guess you would like to know what this is and get it addressed fully. If you are sexually active, please always consider using condoms to prevent STDs.
