Could The Delayed Periods Be Due To Pregnancy?

I m hypothyroid and have been medicated for a year , i had a depo shot (birth control) august 2013 i bleg from oct - feb. Now I ve had reg 28 cycles from march -may 2014 , I am currently late and have pregnancy symptoms but took a few home pregnancy tests all negative. I am still nursing my 13 month old at bed time. Could I still be pregnant and them not detecting ?

These are not sure signs of pregnancy.

You can simply go for a urine pregnancy test to check whether you are pregnant or not.

Another possibility is lactational amenorrhea (lactating mother’s experience absence of periods, it is quite normal).
