Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Less likely to be heart attack.
Young age and female sex usually have very low chances of heart attacks.
The pain she has described can be found also in heart attack but there should be feeling of impending doom and perspiration along with the chest pain.
My advice to you is -.

1.To clear the doubts she should go for ecg monitoring. If ecg is normal than usually it rules out heart attack. Maximum she can also undergo 2d echo study which is like sonography of heart.

2 . Usually it's a muscular pain or acidity and gaseous pain which will be relevied by acidity medicines.

3.So,just consult your doctor and go at least for ecg monitoring. It will be all OK in my opinion.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
