Could The Bumps Formed On The Penis Shaft Be A Result Of Masturbation?

After recent masturbation a couple bumps on the end of my penis shaft, before the head have appeared. They are very tiny and look benign however I m unsure. My question is whether or not it s possible for tiny bumps to form after masturbation from chafing?

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Fordyce spots.
They come up in some and are normal sebaceous glands without hairfollicle and nothing to worry about.They are not cancerous / or even non-HPV entity.
Treatment-
Just leave it as they don't need any treatment and would regress on their own.
If need be-Treat it with TCA applications.
Co2 laser/electrodessication also is the option,if worried for cosmetic effects.
