OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,

In the current scenario, the most likely cause of the bleeding/spotting is a urinary tract infection. Pregnancy is unlikely because you were in the safe period of the cycle when the intercourse occurred.

Please get urinalysis and consult your health care provider for proper management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shanti Vennam, OBGYN
