Could The Bleeding In The Nose Be Due To Stress?

Yesterday I helped my in-laws move, It was a very physically demanding day. In the evening I got a nose bleed which was not unusual for me as I get them now and again. Today I started cleaning and I had to sneeze. When I finished sneezing the room kept spinning and I wanted to throw up, I felt like it was the most extreme case of vertigo that I have ever had. I don t have any pain in my head though I feel pressure in my head, not in my sinuses. I had to lay down and go to sleep.. I was sweating profusely and the dizziness lasted a good hour or two. Should I go to a doctor?

You may have got a transient allergy or viral infection after all that exertion and exposure to dust.
Take rest and plenty of fluids, do not blow your nose, do some steam inhalations and put a few drops of nasal saline several times a day in your nose. Take an Avil if you are not driving- it will relieve the allergy and make you sleepy so that you can rest, but do not continue this for more than 3 days maximum. If you still have a problem, see you doctor.
