Could The Vitamin D Deficiency Be The Cause For Lack Of Emotions?
vitamin d deficiency my vitamin d level is 28 and have been told to have vitamins. is this deficiency somehow linked with motivation, and i feel like i have no emotions i really just don't care not excited sad angry just flat completely. things that would spark a feeling good bad do not mean anything. is this related. my B12 levels were low this year as well i had injections for a month to bring those levels back up
Hello there, I can understand your concern. Vitamin D deficiency has been researched a lot lately and many diseases have been linked to Vit D deficiency. In general vit D deficiency may cause symptoms of weakness and muscle aches, bone pains but not these emotional bluntness that you have described. Even B12 deficiency will not give rise to symptoms of lack of emotional response to normal things. You should start with Vitamin D orally and see the effect. You should visit a psychiatrist who can find the reason for your problem and suggest treatment accordingly. It may not be anything serious but probably psychotherapy will help. Take care.
