Could Tenderness In Lower Back And Upper Abdomen Be Due To Crestor?
I have lower back tenderness, upper stomach area tenderness, running a low grade fever, dry mouth, and generally feel weak. I m drinking lots of water to flush things out and took an Aleve. I just started taking Crestor about a week ago and wonder if there is a tie-in.

Some symptoms like abdominal tenderness and lower back tenderness can be associated with crestor, but if the fever is confirmed then we need to suspect other possibilities (e.g. infections). So please do speak to your prescribing doctor, and also check on the cholesterol control with the drug. Please also note that rosuvastatin has been in question in many countries over the use for a very long time.
