Could Tea And Beer Cause Chest Pain?

For the past few years, if I drink more than a cup of just regular tea I have intense chest pains that start behind my breast bone and radiate to my back and sometimes up my neck and into my jaw. I ve gone to the doctor about it and nothing came back in the tests he ran. Tea is the main thing, but I ve also noticed it after drinking different kinds of beer. Is this common? Is there something in the drinks causing this side effect? If I don t drink these drinks I do not get any pain.
