Could Taking Claritin Twice Cause Liver Problems?

I am taking Claritin in am and Singular at night for asthma. I found the claritin helps better than the singular but the claritin quits working after 12 hours. Is it ok to take it a second time in place of the singular and will that cause liver problems

Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Claritin dosage depends on the severity of symptoms of the patient. In acute pathologies (aggravation of asthma symptoms due to upper respiratory tract infection), Claritin can be used twice daily.

However, it will be decided after a full physical examination and getting a complete blood count and liver function test results.

Wish fast recovery!
